St. Monica Institute of Theology is established in 2004 by OAD
The Saint Monica Institute of Theology formerly known as “Saint Monica Institute of Religious Studies” is a Catholic theological Institute belonging to the Order of the Discalced Augustinians (OAD), province of the Philippines to give a balanced theological program and an integrated Augustinian and religious formation of candidates to the priesthood and religious life. It is located at Tabor Hill, San Jose barangay Cebu City Philippines.
The Institute is an affiliate of Pontifical University of Santo Tomas (UST) Manila Philippines which offers a three-year bachelor degree in Sacred Theology, and certificate programs in Theology of Religious Life and Pastoral Ministry designed to augment the ongoing formation to the Religious life and to help Catholic lay ministers and educators in their pastoral service.
St. Monica Institute of Theology is an Institute for excellent theological and Augustinian education.
