Abstinence to Meat
No, we have not changed the "Our Father" but there are many cultures... As a sacrifice, here is the renunciation of something that pleases. Traditionally the abstinence of meat on Fridays.
In the Philippines, at least in our house, on Friday for breakfast only bread.
